Sagely words. And every bit as accurate for your strength training as for your business, relationships, and life as a whole.

To make progress, look at what others are doing & then do the opposite.

One of the biggest mental shifts you should make in your fitness journey is taking a step away from “beast mode” (i.e. all hard workouts all the time) to “least mode”.
